Means Park was established in 1969 and is named after Charles B. Means, a Weatherford citizens who passed away in 1955. The gazebo was donated to the City by the local Rotary Club in 1993, and built by the City.

This gazebo is 8-sided and constructed of wood, with 4x4 wood posts supporting a wood-shingled roof with a small cupola. The platform is concrete, up two steps. Seating consists of three portable picnic tables.
