"Two-story frame Queen Anne frame house with gross-gabled and hipped roof. Decorative elements include a wrap-around porch with wooden turned spindle supports and balustrade, chamfered end with flatcut decorative brackets, and projecting bays.

Served as a a boarding house for school teachers until it was purchased by Will Schimelpfenig in 1921."
