1935 Spanish eclectic style school building. A large side-gabled two-story building with front-gabled wings on either end. It has a tile roof and buff brick cladding. Elaborate cast stone arched door surround the main entrance.

"In 2015, crews renovated Weldon Intermediate School, where fourth and fifth grades initially were taught, to accommodate students in grades 2-5. The renovation eliminated the need for the Broadway building."
