The 26 metre high, concrete Water Tower has been mostly painted a charcoal black, but also has a flock of galahs painted around it, with an orange sunset at the base. The Western Magazine article about the Mural painting by John Murray and Bob Barrett does state that the Water Tower had been recently decommissioned, so is now a very noticeable piece of art.
