Brunnen im Hof der Martinstorschule - 88239 Wangen, BW, Germany - Fountains on Waymarking.com

Im Hof der Martinstorschule direkt an das Gebäude angelegt ist dieser Brunnen zu finden.
Der Brunnen wurde 1910 komplett aus Beton gefertigt dessen halbkreisförmige Brunnenschale steht auf einem gepflasterten Sockel.
Der Sockel von ca 20cm Höhe ist in der Form der Brunnenschale angepaßt.
Die Brunnenschale von 80cm Höhe trägt einen Jugendstilfries mit Ranken, drei lächelnden Gesichter und dem Datum.
In der Mitte der Brunnenschale erhebt sich eine zweigeteilte Säule von 1,2m Höhe welche oben die Figur eines Pelikanes trägt.
Drei Wasserausläße sind aus der Säule herausgeführt.

This fountain can be found in the courtyard of the Martinstorschule directly at the building.
The fountain was made in 1910 completely made of concrete whose semicircular fountain bowl stands on a paved pedestal.
The base of about 20cm height is adapted in the shape of the fountain bowl.
The fountain bowl of 80cm height carries an Art Nouveau frieze with tendrils, three smiling faces and the date.
In the middle of the fountain bowl rises a two-part column of 1.2m in height which carries the figure of a pelican above.
Three water outlets are led out of the column.
