This nearly 100-year old siren still alerts the townfolks in times of emergency. The siren is located in a special screened enclosure on top of old Fire Department building in downtown Pittsburg, which has now been renovated to house the city's police department.

The siren is located at Jefferson Street and North Avenue, 1 block from the Camp County Courthouse.

Blasterz love seeing these old sterling sirens still hard at work in the small towns of Texas.
