Rush Springs Cemetery is a large area to the East of downtown. There are approximately 4131 gravesites here. The headstone for R. L. Loper is a traditional Woodmen of the World tree stump monument in very good condition.

The headstone has simple, modern lines, with the dove abstract and stylized. The WOW seal is on the scroll itself, and has the following inscription:
