Whatley Family Welded Tombstones -- Ebenezer Cemetery, Ebenezer TX - Homemade Tombstones on Waymarking.com

Its not clear in the cemetery that the 3 graves with these similarly hand-formed and welded metal tombstones are related, however when we checked on Find-A-Grave we discovered that these are the graves of parents and a daughter.

From left to right the graves are as follows:

[Funeral Home marker reads Mattie May Mantooth 1908-1969]

On the Find-A-Grave website (visit link) We discovered that Mattie Mae Mantooth is the daughter of Thomas J and Lou Bell (Laney) Whatley.

Thomas J. Whatley's vital dates are 1883-1962, and his wife Lou Bell's vital dates are 1885-1961.
