IN RECOGNITION OF THE FIRST FORMAL ORGANIZATION OF HENSALL AS A POLICE VILLAGE IN 1884, AND ITS FOUNDING BY BROTHERS JAMES AND GEORGE PETTY WHO IMMIGRATED TO CANADA FROM HENSALL, YORKSHIRE, ENGLAND.
