Le moulin à vent de Vincelotte est un moulin à farine construit en 1690 et 1691. Le bâtiment est constitué d'une tour cylindrique en pierre, coiffée d'un toit octogonal. Le moulin à vent de Vincelotte est situé en bordure du fleuve Saint-Laurent, à l'Anse-à-Gilles, dans la municipalité de Cap-Saint-Ignace. Geneviève de Chavigny cède, par héritage, la seigneurie de Vincelotte à son fils Charles-Joseph Amyot de Vincelotte en 1690. Navigateur, lieutenant dans la marine et commandant de milice de la côte sud, Amyot de Vincelotte est un personnage important de l'histoire de la Côte-du-Sud. Le nouveau seigneur entreprend rapidement la construction d'un moulin à vent en bordure du fleuve Saint-Laurent. Le moulin cesse d'être utilisé au milieu du XIXe siècle, alors qu'un moulin à eau est érigé dans la seigneurie. Après plusieurs années d'inoccupation pendant lesquelles il perd son toit et ses mécanismes, le moulin est restauré une première fois par la Commission des monuments historiques en 1924.
