Scranton is a quiet rural community in 2019, and this post office looks to have been relocated here. A peek through the window reveals some vintage community photos on the wall, along with an old wood burning stove and the post office boxes. It's possible that this one has been or will be a museum at some point.

The Handbook of Texas Online provides some history, noting that there has been no functional post office here since at least 1980:

Scranton is on Farm Road 1864 thirty-eight miles southeast of Abilene in western Eastland County. In 1875 the families of D. C. and H. B. Lane and Joe and Aaron Brown settled there, and by the 1880s residents had built a school and a gin. A Mr. Reydon became postmaster when a post office was granted in 1891. In 1903 the Scranton Academy, a preparatory school, opened, and a year later Scranton had 150 residents, an incorporated school district, and dry goods, hardware, and grocery stores. The Scranton Reporter went into publication in 1911. Because the Scranton school had a high school classification in 1943, teachers had to possess credentials, and the schools received state aid. In 1980 through 2000 Scranton had a population of forty, no businesses, and no post office.

To post a log to an existing U.S. Post Office waymark, you will need to post a picture of the front of the building, with the name of the post office in the background if that is possible.

A description of your Post Office is required, such as when it was built, history, outstanding or unique features, population of the city or town, just do a quick internet search and find an interesting bit of information about the city or town and add it to the long description, to make it more interesting. Even just adding in the population of the area can give others an idea of how many people this post office serves. This description should be at least three sentences.

If your Post Office has any unusual or unique features that you feel others would enjoy viewing, additional pictures are always welcome.
Including your gps device in the picture is not necessary, but wouldn't be cause for disapproval, as long as all other details of your log are acceptable.
