Fiberglass mermaid decorated by Diana Weems in 2018. She is located at the west end of the pedestrian bridge over the San Marcos River in Plaza Park.
This mermaid appears to have an Eagle sitting in her hand. On her right hip is a wolf. Below the wolf is a waterfall and a heron.
