This one caught my eye because of the odd shaped tank below the top tank. I saw this same style in Stony Point, NC at the Shur-tape Plant. Tower is located on the property of the Chesterfield Yarn Plant a few blocks from the downtown area of Pageland.
The water tower is a four-legged silver-quill style tower. I am sure the secondary tank has an appropriate name but I am not sure of it. I will address as an auxillary tank. Makes sense to use the open area between the legs for something. Plant is still in operation so my guess is the water tower remains in use. It could stand a paint job but otherwise it appears serviceable.
