The parsonage, built in the seventeenth century on the initiative of Juan Mateo de Castro, is one of the best examples of traditional Canarian architecture inruquense, characterised by its masonry walls and Arab tiled roof.
The year of construction, 1742, can also be seen above the side entrance to the garden, in addition to a cross.
