The benchmark is approximately 20 feet SW of the SW corner of the intersection of Idaho Street and Southern Avenue. At this point, the witness post is also a victim of the accident. There is a metal ornamental cross next to the benchmark. The name "Old Celia CD" is embedded in the cross.
