The summit of the Morro de la Agujereada, with 1956 meters the highest elevation on the Canary Island Gran Canaria, is directly next to the second highest mountain "Pico de las nieves" (which is actually a mountain with a double peak). There is a vantage point from where you can enjoy a great view of the mountain top.
The origin of both mountains is volcanic.
