Originally constructed as the Bank of Harrison c.1904, this is a one-story rock building. The benchmark is located on the concrete step at the southeast corner of the building. The building has long ago been abandoned, first operating as a bank, and in 1934 when this benchmark was placed, the building was the post office. It later became an American Legion hall, and now is boarded up and vacant in this ghost town.

The benchmark does not have an elevation stamped on it, however, the altitude shown on the datasheet is 1432.83 feet.
