The First Baptist Church of Boca Grande is a historic Southern Baptist church located at 421 4th Street W. in the small island community of Boca Grande located in Lee County, Florida. It was established in 1909. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2009.
The bell for the bell tower was a locomotive's bell donated by the Seaboard railroad. The bell tower is a working bell tower used each Sunday and on special occasions.
