L'accès aux nids (aussi nommé boulins) se faisait grâce à une échelle tournant autour d'un pilier central fixe

This set consists of the dovecote itself, a well and a shed. The dovecote is designed to protect the pigeons from pests: a glazed terracotta band, called a "larmier", prevents them from climbing along the wall. Access to the nests (also known as bunkers) was provided by a ladder rotating around a fixed central pillar
