Amparo Henríquez González (Tenoya, 1918 - Arucas, 2011), called AMPARITO, belonged to the "Labrantes de la Palabra" and was a storyteller who kept the history of the island alive.
In 2017, this bronze bust, created by the sculptor José Luis Marrero, was placed in front of the radio building as a memento.
