MILL NO.4 -- 1911
The square tower that the clock faces are mounted on is five stories tall, painted a cream color, and has a red pyramid hip roof. Each face is white with black Roman numerals and slender hands. The time displayed was correct the day of my visit. At least three sides of the the structure have clock dials. The northeast side of the building abuts a river and was not accessible to me, so I'm not sure if there's a fourth dial.
Year of construction: 1911
Full inscription: MILL NO.4
1911
