This restored mill building from 1911 is now an eponymously named, mixed-income community known as The Clocktower Apartments in Harrisville, Rhode Island. At least three sides of the the structure have dials. The northeast side of the building abuts a river and was not accessible to me, so I'm not sure if there's a fourth dial.
The square tower that the clock faces are mounted on is five stories tall, painted a cream color, and has a red pyramid hip roof. Each face is white with black Roman numerals and slender hands. The time displayed was correct the day of my visit.
