The gum tree (sapling) is right beside a Dedicated Bench, which also is dedicated to 'Those Loved and Lost to Suicide'. The etched metal plaque (either aluminium, or stainless steel) is surprisingly (to me at least) to a small sandstone rock with a couple of pop-rivets! The simple plaque reads: 

This tree was planted on November 12th 2010
