"Built in 1925 by Michael Feros, this grand hotel is heritage listed and is still owned by the Feros family. It is a classic example of Australian hotel architecture of the 1920s....

The two-storey building has covered verandahs for equal parts of facing both Hickory and Cudgery Streets. There are wrought iron corners by the wooden verandah posts. It is painted in muted heritage tan. It has a rendered facade on both street-sides, with the Dated Section facing the intersection. The "1925" sits within a decroative motif of scrolling flowers and bunches of grapes.
