EN: The tourist information office of Dornach is located together with a café in the new theater at the railway station. The building was opened at the end of 2015.
The office mainly covers the region Schwarzbubenland, of which Dornach is the main town. This refers to the two districts Dorneck and Thierstein, which belong to the canton of Solothurn, but are separated from the main part of the canton by a rocky and poorly developed mountain region, some communities are even real exclaves. Therefore, the offer is also operated in cooperation with the tourism department of the canton of Basel-Land, which is geographically much closer. The building itself is also less than 50 meters from the border, on Google Maps it is even wrongly located on the side of Basel-Land.
