DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1975 IN ALBEMARLE. IN ALBEMARLE, AT THE WEST SIDE OF THE STANLY COUNTY COURTHOUSE, ON THE EAST SIDE OF SECOND STREET, 1 FOOT SOUTH OF THE SOUTH ONE OF TWO FLAGPOLES WHICH ARE ON EITHER SIDE OF THE MAIN ENTRANCE, THE CONCRETE BASE OF FLAGPOLE.

It has been found and recored multiple times since placed in 1975.
