Rudolf Otto (Raoul) von Dombrowski z Paprosze a Kruszwice (1833-1896) pocházel ze starého polského šlechtického rodu Dombrowski.

Šlechtic byl majitelem hradu Kámen v letech 1870-1876 a na hrade uchovával radu predmetu, z nichž proslula sbírka jeleních a srncích parohu. Na zvonici hradu Kámen nechal ulít jeden zvon (visit link)

Patril mezi autory lesnické a lovecké literatury, v roce 1882 vydal ve Vídni kalendár pro myslivce a prátele lovu a již pred tím nekolik publikací s tématem myslivosti a lovné zvere.

Vedle toho byl Dombrowski také konzervátorem Ústrední komise pro záchranu umeleckých a historických památek v Cechách.
