DE: Diese Knochenmühle mit einem datierten Mühlstein von 1656 steht in einer Seitenstrasse neben einem Restaurant in Gamsen. Der Stein hat etwa 80 Zentimeter Durchmesser und dreht sich leicht geneigt um eine Holzachse.
Das gemahlene Knochenmehl diente bis ins frühe 20. Jahrhundert vor allem zur Herstellung von Dünger.
