This building, originally built as the Masonic Temple, currently houses the U.S. Post Office.

The former Masonic Temple is a two-story red brick building with a flat roof. The single windows are bricked in on the first floor, and covered with wood siding on the second, except for the facade, where the upper windows are exposed showing two sets of double windows with 6-over-1 panes. There is a row of standing brick in two courses - above the second floor windows and at the roofline. Standing brick are also above each first floor window. At the upper corners of all windows are small concrete squares. The roof above the front entrances, occupied by the post office, has a stepped parapet.

The two-sided cornerstone is located about five feet high on the southeast corner of the building. It reads:
