From a local competition in 2017 there was one company chosen, that had submitted several different designs, with the specifics on construction on each of the style they presented. This set of Tenders is lined up lineally along the western side of Jonson Street. They each have three concentric 'semicircular' bent, square-tubular steel (possibbly stainless) shapes, with the middle hoop having an offset 'notch'. On the base of the northern tender is an etched stainless steel plaque. It reads:

These Bicycle Tenders are near the fig trees on Jonson Street, near the pedestrian crossing.
