Long Description:
From a local competition in 2017 there was one company chosen, that had submitted several different designs, with the specifics on construction on each of the style they presented. This set of Tenders is lined up lineally along the western side of Jonson Street. They each have three concentric 'semicircular' bent, square-tubular steel (possibbly stainless) shapes, with the middle hoop having an offset 'notch'. On the base of the northern tender is an etched stainless steel plaque. It reads:

Byron Bike Rack Project
----- * -----
A community project in partnership with Stone & Wood Brewing Co. and Byron Shire Council
Created by Larc Collective, May 2018

These Bicycle Tenders are near the fig trees on Jonson Street, near the pedestrian crossing.

More details about this, and the other new Bicycle Tenders in Byron Bay, that resulted from that community competition in 2017, can be found at: Byron Bike Rack Project.
