This building is located on the northeast corner of the intersection of State Highways 58 and 9. This is one-story brick building with a flat roof. The original one-over-one windows are currently covered with metal siding, and it is assumed the building is currently used only for storage. Above the row of windows is a row of standing brick for embellishment. The west side of the building which faces Highway 58 (S. Carnegie Street), has a single metal pedestrian door and one overhead door. The east side of the building has a double-door entry.

The building was constructed in 1938 as a WPA project and served as a bus barn, and vo-tech classroom building for many years. It is currently used by the Carnegie School District No. 33.
