The bells are located in a structure underneath a large Buddha statue. Wat Pikul Thong is one of the significant temples of Singburi Province. Its major feature is a towering gold statue of the Buddha. This is a destination for locals and visitors alike, who come to enjoy the quiet environment and to wish for harmony in their lives. Surrounding the Buddha are temple buildings, artwork, and bells.

Entrance to the bells is unrestricted, and interested folk can ring the bells, though a small donation is recommended.
