Site Location: In the Lubec Channel south of Lubec, ME.

Directions to this site: Whiting, ME - Take ME-189, turn right on Boot Cove Rd., follow signs toward Quoddy Head State Park. Can be seen off-shore. Can also take tour boat from Lubec for closer views.

Nearest City/Town: Lubec, ME

Purpose: Marked the western entrance to Lubec Harbor.

Site established: 1889 by Grover Cleveland

Built: 1889 - Cost $20,000

Ht. Above Sea level: 58 ft

Tower: 40 ft Sparkplug
