The building is on a connecting road between Bucketts Way and Mill Street, that is the frequently used 'short-cut' to Taree via Nabiac for travellers from Gloucester. This is a brick building, with an unevenly centred corrugated iron roof. There are two roller doors to the front, of dissimilar sizes, with a short concrete apron to the bitumen. There is a narrow, red-painted door for access to the office.

Training is held every Monday night at 6:30pm.

In December 2018 Stephen Bromhead MP, announced that there would be $20,000 for Fire Station Extensions, "to accommodate meeting and training area." (visit link) The current building was Opened on 21st March 1992.
