This dedicated tree is planted in beautiful Hinton Recreational Trail and Nature Park on the north side of Hinton.

As you enter the park, near the parking lot, there are several dedicated trees, among them this one dedicated to Buel (5/23/1905 - 2/4/1998) and Ruth (5/17/19212 - 1/29/2007) Fisher. The plaque spells Buel's name "Buell" however, his headstone shows just one L. We were unable to find out much about them, but because of the wording on the plaque, we suspect they must have been avid readers and perhaps involved in the Hinton Public Library.
This tree is small now, but one day will be a beautiful shade tree. The wording on the plaque is:
