I had seen this treehouse before when hunting some of the old
caches on this side of Grass Lawn Park. At that time, the road to
the immediate south of the treehouse was not punched through, and
you could only partially make out the structure through the trees
(without going onto private land). I was amazed to return today and
see how visible it is!
