We came in through the east gates, so this was our first stop
during our day-long trip to the Grand Canyon during our spring
break. We'll definitely be back and hope to arrange to stay at one
of the in-park hotels next time.
The junior GeoKs really liked this tower, and climbed up the
stairs ahead of Mom, who took one of the photos accompanying this
log.
The scenic view was quite obscured the morning of our
visit...lots of cloud, some fog and very blustery.
