I have photos of this place but they are all prints, I have this
new fangled scanner that is supposed to transfer things into
digital, but I have yet to use it because I can't figure it out,
when I do, I will upload photos. I was here many years ago. I was
traveling with friends and we came here. We were able to get in and
walk around, mostly on top. The fellow standing there told me a
story that has stuck with me for years. Since the tower is in the
harbour it is effected by the tides and they would put prisoners in
the dungeon and wait for the tide to come in and drown them,
slowly! Good grief! That story has always bothered me. Anyway, it
was a great trip to Portugal, one I will not forget, I spent almost
a month there.
