  I almost didn't get to visit this site since security stopped me. Most of the park was closed due to the planning for the Steelers opening game two nights later...and the huge concert party to be held here.

  Visited on my first trip to Pittsburgh earlier this year, sadly before I discovered waymarking so no GPS in the photos.

Enjoyed my visit to the park and blockhouse. Amazed the place is still standing but very glad it is. Lovely atmosphere.
