  I was in the basement today making phone connections for a nearby building. The flagging economy caused the brewpub to close after New Years Day this year. Fully equipped and ready to open again as a restaurant. Any takers?

  We have eaten there when it was the Snowshoe Brewing Co. and now the Lumber yard brewing Co.
