  I got some great views from the watchtower. The very top of it was closed because of wind I believe.

  We came in through the east gates, so this was our first stop during our day-long trip to the Grand Canyon during our spring break. We'll definitely be back and hope to arrange to stay at one of the in-park hotels next time.

  Of course, your breath is taken away as soon as you arrive at the rim. This structure had to take a back seat to the mind boggling view.

  We love the Grand Canyon and visit frequently. We always stop here for the view... Rich with history against a wonderful backdrop

  I was Returning from a family visit in California and Camped at the Mather Campground in the park. This picture is a view from the top of the tower looking South East at the highest point in Arizona, Humphreys Peak off in the distance.
