This group is created and maintained to catalog the childhood homes of famous people.
In order to be considered 'famous', the person must be known worldwide. There is definetly going to be some discretion here, but I trust that discretion to the approving Officers of the group.
In order to be acknowledged as a childhood home, there must be some substantial proof/documentation that the house/home in the waymark is that of the famous person. That proof can be in various forms, again, leaving that to the discretion of the Officers.
If the current resident does not advertise their home as the former home of someone famous, it should not be waymarked. Respect their privacy. If the State or Local government has marked it appropriately, it will be allowed.
