This group serves as a collection of places people can eat gluten free. It is meant to serve as a resource for the celiac and gluten intolerant. The idea here is to be able to eat safely with a gluten allergy or intolerance while out in public locations.
Restaurants who make an effort for safe gluten free meals are to be listed here. When offering gluten free options, permanent and semi-permenant venues can also be listed. For instance, if you found a gluten free mobile food truck we would like you to tell us about it. Bakeries, we like to hear about them too.
A good waymark for the group will have as much information as possible including, name of business, type of business, types of foods found, phone number, etc.
Gluten is a protein found in wheat, rye, barley, and sometimes oats due to cross contamination.
