Expanded Description:
Any type of stone bridge may be included. Many are historic and picturesque, some are modern. Some cross major waterways, some may span streams in parks, golf courses, or campgrounds, for instance. Bridges must be true stone bridges. A stone, brick, or artificial facade does NOT qualify as a stone bridge. If there is a doubt, you may be asked to provide documentation.
Instructions for Posting a Stone Bridges Waymark:


NAME: The name of the bridge and/or location should appear in the title

1. Coordinates obtained from your personal GPS readings.

These may be taken from an end of the bridge or the middle. State in the variable section where the coordinates are taken

2. At least one photograph showing the entire span of the bridge if possible. Additional views are encouraged, but not required. GPSr photo is NOT required.

3. Narrative description -- Include as much information about your bridge as you can. Do a little research if you can, particularly if it is historic or located in a historic area.

Post one photo of the bridge that is a different view from the one on the page and describe your visit. Add any additional information that you may have about this bridge. A GPSr photo is NOT required.
