Hard to believe these original stone, mile marker jewels which predate the Lincoln Highway by more than a hundred years still exist. It was placed a full fourteen years before Lincoln was even born! This stone post is roadside and hard to miss.

Beautiful 19th century church along the Lincoln Highway and situated at the town's center square. As the lure, popularity and of course traffic grew, so did the church, which was only about 25 years old when the highway first passed through here.
