This statue of Robert Napier started life in Waterloo Place in 1891. It moved to its current location, at the northern end of Queen's Gate at the junction with Kensington Road, in 1921 to allow a statue of Edward VII to be erected in its place.

This statue of Emmeline Pankhurst is located immediately to the south of Queen Victoria Tower at the northern entrance to Victoria Tower Gardens. It moved to this location in 1956 from the centre of the gardens where it was unveiled in 1930.
