The kit for this Quickie was manufactured by Quickie Aircraft Corporation of Mojave, California around 1983. The Quickie flew a total of 135 hours over the course of six years. The aircraft was donated to the Museum in 1990.

This Crane was manufactured by Cessna Aircraft Company, Inc., at Wichita, Kansas in 1941. From 1950 to 1962 it was stored in Macdonald, Manitoba. In 1964, it was shipped to the Rockliffe aircraft collection then transferred to the Museum in 1965.

This aircraft was the only 12 model to be registered in Canada before the Second World War. The Museum added this aircraft to the collection when it was retired in 1963 after more than twenty-five years of work.

The Museum's Kittyhawk was manufactured by the Curtiss-Wright Corporation in 1942 for the RAF, but was diverted to the RCAF on March 23, 1942. It was transferred by the RCAF to the Museum in 1964 after being in storage in Vulcan, Alberta.

The McDonnell F2H-3 Banshee was the first Canadian fighter aircraft with air-to-air missiles: the AIM-9 Sidewinder. The aircraft was donated to the Canadian War Museum in 1965. It later became the property of the Canada Aviation and Space Museum.

Five CF-105 Arrows were technical masterpieces at the forefront of aviation engineering when built, but all were destroyed and scrapped in 1959. The Museum possesses the largest surviving piece of an Avro Arrow: its nose section.

The Snowbird was the world's first successful human powered ornithopter. Todd Reichert flew the ornithopter at the Great Lakes Gliding Club in Tottenham, Ontario - sustaining flight for 19 seconds. It has now joined the Museum's aircraft collection.

This Challenger was manufactured by Canadair Limited in Montreal in 1979. Bombardier donated the aircraft to the Museum in 2005. It was flown to Rockcliffe airport in 2006. It is the second oldest Challenger in existence.

The Museum's Moth was built in the United Kingdom in 1928, and was delivered to Canada that same year. This aircraft is a Cirrus Moth, the prototype and earliest version of the Moth. It was donated to the Museum in May 1962.

Built in 1933, this Reliant's first owner was William Lear (founder of Learjet Corporation). The aircraft became the second SR registered in Canada, when it was purchased in 1953 by I. I. Handberg. It joined the Museum's collection on June 1, 1983.

This HTL-6 helicopter was manufactured by Bell Helicopter in Fort Worth, Texas in 1955, and began service with the Royal Canadian Navy in June of that year. It also served on the icebreaker HMCS Labrador. It joined the Museum's collection in 1966.
