Examples of what we're looking for would include examples found at: E-Bility, such as:

- An interpretive trail specifically designed for the blind
- A playground designed entirely for the disabled
- A gymnasium that specializes in special needs
- Adaptive sailing programs
- Underwater diving programs for the deaf
- Horseback riding for special needs
- Adaptive skiing programs
- Wheelchair basketball courts

While these locations may also be used by fully enabled persons, it is critical that they were constructed to support those requiring accessibility enhancements. It may also include locations that feature classes/sports geared towards including accessibility like wheelchair basketball. in these cases please be sure to provide as much information as possible in both the long description and variables.

Instructions for Posting a Accessible-Designed Recreational Locations Waymark:

Please provide at least one image of the recreational area taken with your camera as well as the primary coordinates which you obtained with your GPS at the site.

The short and long description fields should be primarily of your own authoring, however some added content from other sources is permitted with citation. Please take the time to do adequate research into the project development and funding that provided this location.

The activity, days/times available, sponsoring group or agency that made it available or maintains it are required and any known website that give more details should also be included in the variables.

Naming your Waymark Listing: You may name your Waymark Listing anything you like within reason but it should provide some indication of the nature of the site. Consider adding a descriptive tag at the beginning of the name to further assist Waymarking participants to locate the Waymark.

As a guideline, the following is a suggested naming scheme for listings in this category: Accessible - Wheelchair Basketball Night. Adding the city, state/province may also benefit others.

While you are free to create your own Waymark Listing name, using the suggested style may help people when they visit multiple Waymark locations.

If possible also include an image that was taken when you visited the Waymark.
