On the steps of Old Wailuku Courthouse in Wailuku. Nearly obliterated and unrecognizable by paint. Marker is directly underneath a National Register of Historic Places plaque.

Old Wailuku Courthouse is a contributing property of the Wailuku Civic Center Historic District. NRHP Reference #86001624.
